DanB Posted January 28 Posted January 28 I have a trip planned to the South River/Sunridge area starting on Feb 2nd. Accommodations are booked, but the trails in that area are still not open. Any insights on when the trails in that area might open? I hear that the lakes are good to go, but there hasn't been enough snow. Might need to trailer south or north.... Thanks in advance Quote

Once they can clear the trail of abandoned sleds and downed tree's it should be good to go. Too much snow is just a temporary problem. lol 3 Quote

Trails here in bracebridge are coming along great,no real loops, you could launch in gravenhurst and go west towards bala ,hearing good things out that way ,as far as the big lakes I’m thinking not so good,but lakes are not my thing anymore 2 1 Quote

Spent 5 hours today moving snow to get feed truck back in. Drifting is brittle. Suppose to show up 6 am Friday morning to get rest of them. Hopefully weather co-operates 🙏 Quote
