I see that. I swear milverton went yellow and now it's red I notice. Not allot of options of where to go at moment. Even loop by Stratford not all open to complete.
I wonder what Ellis swamp is like at moment.

I'm only 15 minutes from the trail in Alma and I see Mount Forest has re-opened some of their trails.

Its been a real mixed bag the last week. I keep refreshing every hour....lol

Quite a bit of snow in Mitchell in the last 24hrs but its that weird granular stuff that is like mashed potatoes.   I dont think it is very good for packing into base.

Anything is good we take it all. Super cold next week so we need some more snow before temps drop later in week.

I mash that refresh button on the itg every 15 mins from December until March.

I almost wear out my mouse clicking on that and the weather network looking for snow lol.

Finally getting some snow around OS. 10-12" in the last 24 hours and still coming down. No change in the ITG on the Huron side of highway 6. We definitely need the cold to freeze up all the swamp trails around here. Some spots will ruin your day in a hurry. Clubs are working on it so I hope to see some changes today.

Bracebridge looks very much like winter, my BIL's inlaws were talking about how much snow they have as well that live in that neck of the woods.

People see that and then see all Red for that region on the trail guide and I am sure scratching their heads.....lol

Our area is strange sometimes, it can dump snow where we are and do nothing in town 15 minutes away.

I think it's the norm now. We've had the same narrow band of streamers here for the last few years where multiple counties used to blanketed

I agree. The narrow band of streamers can move over Bracebridge and Gravenhurst and miss Huntsville and Washago. Washago had about 2cm on the ground early this morning.

Good snow from Orangeville to Dundalk. Lots of drifting snow. The bush trails north of Shelburne suck, no snow. Super burger is closed so we are eating at Champ Burger.

Tried getting over to the Dundalk area this morning, but got 20kms out of Kincardine and couldn't see 100 meters, with drifting coming across highway 9.    Got caught in a blizzard on the trails at night and could hardly find the markers, most of the time it was a guess.   Didn't want a repeat so I turned around.   Seeing your post it looks like a nice bright sunny day that way

lol, I know that night ride feeling all to well. I like riding at night but I have no cell and no gps and ride alone for the most part. White out conditions can disorienting.

It's been snowing pretty steady here since for the last 32 hours. A good foot+ has fallen. If you can believe the weather network things look promising. Snow every nearly hour of every day for the next 14 days.

Still no positive change to the ITG. Trail to Meaford closed.

Snow stopped here in Owen Sound last night. We got a good dump for an hour before it  stopped.

One trail to Meaford closed and the other opened. Trail through the park opened that goes from east to west around OS but it doesnt go anywhere yet.

ITG around Owen Sound is starting to get caught up. I met up with groomers from 2 clubs today and for the first time this year I rode on snow vs snirt. I even got to do some ditch bangin going to visit my daughter and grandaughter :icon_dance-cpatch:

Things are looking up

Weather is looking great for all these trails opening in southern Ontario. Lots of cold through the end of the month.
