Did you happen to get a price? I see blue water has a ad for it I have plastic lattice in my trailer it has held up pretty good but my trailer is a 2018 and has been used and abused. Going to need to update trailers soon just looking options.

I did mine with line x but they are right it takes up huge pay load in trailer. I did ask them about price and they said it was around 1 grand to do a trailer that size. Not sure if that's just material or labour or both. I didn't get too specific. They claim it hold up against snowmobiles no issue. Really grippy to walk on too. I was impressed go for it. They said they haven't sold any yet and they were just testing it. ready to be sold now. Brand new product for this year.
Sksman
There is a company called Swiss trax that has been sold for garage floors and trailers. Multiple colours available I looked at it a couple years ago but never pulled the trigger. the estimate for 7 x 23 trailer was $1,400 at the time

Does it include central vac? Gas pac blowers work great when trailers dry. I blow mine right clean all the time. Haven't used a broom in ages just for wet snow on ramp. It could collect snow too that you can't sweep out, then melt and freeze door. That could be another possible issue with it.

I believe the only ones that would work with the factory skis on your Mach were Rollerski from Qualipieces at least back in 2022/2023. I just use a piece of pipe between door hinge and trailer floor. 02 sled thought me that trick. Don't catch or wear hinge assembly then. Wheels would be good for putting a sled up backwards up ramp if that's what you want to do. I use to turn one around and then use strap on wheels right before ramp to go in backwards. Worked good. Then easy to take them off. Going in forwards don't really see need.

When the bolt bends, they get stuck in the spindle/ski bushings. The Cat guys were talking about the bending. With everything, take it with a grain of salt. Some people like them, some dont. 95rxl650
Does anyone have first hand knowledge of the 2019-21 Axys chassis? Is the jackshaft problem as wide spread as the internet would have us believe? I see countless mentions of pto bearings splitting. Some causing catastrophic failure. From what I can tell, they fixed it for 2022.

No knowledge about drive shaft or pto bearings. Drive shaft is a wear item Jack shaft side ususlly lasts 6 to 8k miles sometimes 10,000 if you are really lucky 😎. I had a 17 axys 800 and never had any issues I know it’s before the years you mentioned but it was a fun sled with the short track the storage on it sucked , no room for anything , now on my 2022 adventure 650 I have more than enough

So there's definitely some validity to it. They all can go though. I had a pto side driveshaft bearing go on a rev xs. Not common on that model, but it can happen. 95rxl650
I need a cheap single trailer. Missed one yesterday in Waterloo. I've broke out the sawsall and made doubles into singles a couple times. Bit of work, but simple enough

There's so many low mileage jackshaft problems on the net that it's hard to ignore. Warranty sleds are having the upgraded parts covered, but not the shaft unless it tore shyte up. They call it a "wear" part... even at 300 miles??? lol

How many did they sell vs. how many failed and why is what really matters
