After the fiasco of last week, I picked up a black, yellow & white thing east of Ptbo today

A side note to the trip. After tying down & tarping my sled in Timmins when the temp was around -24*, I told my trucker friend in North Bay, that I was going to get my AZ & buy a tractor & flat deck. I figure I've got half the training done for hauling lumber south.

Looks good Revrnd and you don't even need to change your handle LOL.

I had the nickname long before the REV was intro'd. A few of my sledding friends said I should've sued 'doo for a royalty.

My neighbor will love to hear that. His buddy has a place in Apsley where he keeps his sleds. Him and his son are going up there next week.

Very nice Revrnd. I can't quite make it out though, is it an 800 or 900?

After his recent troubles should be the 900.....but something tells me it is the 8. Nice sled either way.

It's the 900 version.

I guess since I never had a 1978 version

a 2018 will have to do.

Brand new Chris?  I have a 2016.  Same sled.  Absolutely love it.  Great chassis, suspension and motor.  The ultimate long distance touring sled.  You'll love it.  You just need to accessorize it now

- mirrors

- linq tunnel bag

- brp muffs

- maybe the glovebox extension and a gps

- ice scratchers

No more blown motors for you.

That's quite a shopping list LOL

I got the tunnel bag, mirrors & muffs. Not sure about mounting the mirrors. If got handguards installed w/ mirrors. Folks w/ the XS chassis, how difficult is it to swap windshields? I'm thinking of keeping the stock 1 mirrorless for riding down south. For trips north, remove the handguards, add the muffs & add the next taller w/s (as per irreverent) w/ the mirrors.

Some pics from today in Stoney Lake-land

A mixed bag of riders out there & we've got 2" of fresh snow thru the day.

I do like the slight retro stripes on it. Would have to be of a certain age to remember that look. No more stinky snowmobile gear with that 900. Good choice.
