There are a couple of issues that made it hard to take/understand.

Firstly, one of the lowest Health Units in Ontario regarding number of cases, hospitalization and deaths per capita.

Secondly, being the only Health Unit in Ontario to issue such an Order.

Thirdly, having a District MOH that refuses to hold Press Conferences such as most other District, Provincial and Federal officials where they answer every question that is asked by accredited media.

Fourthly, only answering a few pre-submitted questions that he chooses to answer.

Fifthly, providing no evidence that outdoor skating rinks, downhill skiing or snowmobiling have proven to be a contributing factor to spreading Covid-19 in the NBPS Health Unit.

A little backup for my first point although these are only from Northern Ontario.

I think all he did by shutting down the PS/NB health district was put pressure on other health districts where the trails are. Just my thought...

Isn't it interesting that all of the trails in this HR just went yellow? All of them.  Even where the same trail enters another HR which shows green.

Any thoughts on that?

The reality is cases are down globally by 77% in the past 6 weeks almost simultaneously regardless of whatever lockdown, mask or social distance nonsense they are trying to pass off.

The worst situation in the area is Dr Cheerios himself.

His logic seem quite similar to the 'liability experts' school boards have. One based on what if rather what has actually happened.

Another prime example of some non elected twit causing financial hardship to hundreds of businesses and citizens of these districts. Hard to believe his compensation package is just slightly south of the train wreck we have steering the Canadian ship.

Real leadership is what we're missing.

Common sense happening south of the border, enough of the nonsense.

That good logic killed just over 500K people instead of the 200K it could have killed. I am thankful that our leaders think differently than the Texas and Oklahoma governors.
