Let's hope that is right because TWN has nothing more than 5 cms for anywhere in Ontario in their 14 day forecast.

On a good day they are maybe good (and I use that term very loosely) for 3 days out :)

Of course if it showed 14 days of snow squalls, I’d lean more on the side of accuracy on their part…all about perspective…lol

Yeah then it would come after snow 🤬
maybe we can go four wheeling this summer. There is water floating every where. Swamps are full. Not looking very promising in d5 or d9. 🤦‍♂️

did that all melt last year by middle of January up there?
50 percent of time we get a January thaw. So third week of January could wipe out whole season this year if it happens.

No, but we did not get a tonne after that either, if that major storm just around Christmas had not happened it would have been a tough go.

It’s trail 595 north of LaCache not the trail to Murdockville . It is our group I can’t take credit for taking the picture Patrick Bouchard took it his pictures turned out a lot better than mine . We ended up taking it twice but the second time it was snowing the scenery was not near as impressive .

It’s the most scenic trail I’ve been on if you hit at the right time .

Here’s some more pics from the 595N in the Gaspe. These would be south of the pic 1049 posted, once you get into the  Chic Chocs.

Glad our Gaspe trip isn’t until mid February, very little snow there presently.

Grass showing everywhere around Amqui.    We are supposed to go the last week of Jan and and I am not driving 14hrs for marginal conditions.
