      Same, trail from my mom's house was completely there this morning, gone by the afternoon. The 4 foot snow piles around my house are now all under 1'.   I got a text yesterday to go to Cochrane, Hearst, Geralton back to Cochrane leaving Wednesday. Turned it down today but rethinking my decision.  I wouldn't have to drive or lead which would be a nice change.   UGH....lol   I need to start adulting soon but can I put it off for one more week?

      The Boreal is very close to the trail and the others in the west end I have been told are tough on the carbides.

      Yep, you were! When we returned to RDL, the parking lot was about half full of trucks & trailers compared to when we started. I am sure the last 50 to 75 KM back into RDL for you might have been worse than it was for us - not bad, just getting thin, hard, icy in some spots but fast......the short run from Mont Joli to RDL was our fastest time of the trip, between the wide trails and wanting to get to the truck and on the road, she was a quick 190KM morning run!   The feeder to Perce was bumpy for us, plus the few km of logging - not great, but could be worse! Only other trail that was getting rougher the one afternoon was coming into Relais de la Cache from Murdochville, our revised trip/plan routing caused by trail 5 closure.   A spectacular area - and we missed part of the trail that I hear has some of the best views.......trail 5 on the NE corner along the St Lawrence - hopefully next year that one works out!
