    • Anyone interested in a Wednesday ride at Haliburton Forest this week?  Blow the cob webs off and see if everything on your sled is working.  PM me if you’re interested in going.
    • My daughter started on lakes on a 340 indy, her first trail sled when 12 was a jag special . She is 9n an f1100 now but needs an upgrade. Being she went back to college I might give her the 850 poo and get a new one. The wife refuses to upgrade from the yamaha venture, she is in love with it.
    • We went 120's - then to a pair of Indy Lite's - then an EVO, and now on regular sleds.
    • My daughter put our 83’ into the rhubarb last year on the in-laws property, she was pretty upset about it. The skis/spindles are pretty loose, holes are definitely oblonged so it’s a challenge to keep it straight forsure.  The way we see it, is the kids can learn on the old junk before and if they decide to buy their own newer sled as they get older. It’ll just make them a better rider and I won’t worry near as much about repairs if needed.  This will get them started on the cheap, if they want a better ride in the future, that’s on them.  Christmas gift this year was insurance, Val tag & trail pass for the both of them.
    • Your Bravo comments bring back memories for me. We had a1981 Bravo that me 3 boys learned to ride on and I learned a lot about body work on. One son tried to put it between 2 trees that were closer together than the width of the bravo. They all turned out to be good riders. Ours was the same red as yours when we got it but through all the bodywork repairs it turned black with 1994 striping. Great learner sled and lots of memories.
