Assuming you are referring to the opinions shared on social media outlets and the strong thoughts by some assigning positions and others that seem to have very little clue on what is or has been going on. Part of what I was suggesting the marketing person to try and share some insight on things to help people fill in the blanks hopefully on what happened in situation A as a result of B.     I imagine there would need to be a very strong political sense on what can be shared and how - if updates happened to be shared, it would need to be set up with no responses allowed, only used as an info sharing platform to where things are at, like for instance, the massive $$ shortfall that I think was known many months ago that was leading to possibly reduced trails for 2025/26 and groomer reductions to deal with the shortfall, how the reduction was being handled province wide and the non approval of the government providing approval on the permit increase to help deal with the burdens.....which could have and likely already did lead to people reaching out to their MPP voicing their disapproval that may have contributed to the grant money.   The second part of also why if the OFSC shares the message that all clubs are supposed to align with, when you get a club or clubs that interpret things different or perhaps have an agenda, there is a level of accountability that all can see......scrutinized no doubt, but there will always be that.   I think many can see a club that has their stuff in order and those that do not - that may make up excuses for that poorly run club and not all the fact are shared - that club that @Sksman  has mentioned a few  times for example.   With what appears to be a few tough years behind and no doubt many more down the road with what I think most would admit, not a great outlook for sledding in On and some refusing to accept that, it is really hard to argue when concrete facts of reality are shared as to where things are, why and how we are dealing with this now and down the road to be prepared for the worst but come out on top when the worst skips a season or two.    

SF, all the funding did was allegedly erase the debt.   the funding makes 0 guarantee we aren’t right back to that same position a year from now.   we have this season to come up with some new ideas to increase revenue
