Green in most of ontario as well, just not ghe green we want

Was surprised to see it green there. That is hilly rugged country, not level rail beds.

Thats pretty high elevation in that area.     Probably explains the green trail.

Possibly but that little patch of green showed up about noon on Friday I believe.  Also, I had read a statement earlier regarding the lake crossing warning shown on map near Ferme Neuve.  This is the Devil's Mountain area and as scottyr mentioned it is a higher elevation area so would likely get any early snow .

Yup and no sign of Jack Frost. January we always seem to get a big thaw too. Third week of January will be golfing weather for a few days 😳
My uncle still has 10” of snow at his place so some area’s are holding 😎

There's a whole bunch of yellow trails in the Mt. Valins area of Quebec this morning. The green area around Devil's mountain has gotten a lot smaller however.
