    • Forestel was a very nice place but sooo expensive when you have a room by myself. Also they had a hot water issue they failed to notify us about and my room heater didn't work. The area lacks other services like fuel and food. There is a trail to get you into town to fuel up. I would like to try alternatives next time.
    • Yes, it was a eye opener both for scenery and weather conditions. We also stayed at the Sled Den. Awesome hosts and excellent food. Also a great learning experience meeting the off trail riders and hearing their stories and riding techniques.
    • Trail 373 up to the north is the nicest trail up in that area. Be sure to run it all the way across. Couple big new bridges there build a few years ago.    Some morning when the trail 23 that runs south has been groomed ride down to Mont Apica relais. Can have lunch and gas there. About a km north of the relais is a trail that goes up to the look out. Don’t miss it.
