    • I have Falken Wildpeak AT3W that I ran as winter tires for 2 seasons and now have left on my truck for the summer.  I would guess 65 or 70,000km on them     i have D rated version on my GMC 1500.   I have run about 2/3 tread off them   Still quiet.  No issues.     I have noticed some age cracking in sidewall   They are 3 years old since I had them   Not sure how long they might have sat in warehouse before.   I figure I have this summer and one more in them.   AT4W are suppose to be better!   I did buy dedicated winters last year  Bridgestone Blizack LT  and really loved the dedicated winters as I spend a fair bit of time driving northern Ontario and Quebec in winter.
    • i would second that always my second set after the factory originals great tire.
    • Yep, dealing with perspectives from a variety of people.  Plus, I think they all adjust there manufacturing process along the way, some just more then others..and why the same tires bought on separate occasions can be different, but vehicles suspension also gets tired causing different results.    For me, the reviews of the wildpeak were good and they were on sale at the place I buy from, so bonus.  I imagine not many buy an LT tire for a Tacoma, another factor in how tires feel and the reviews.
    • If you go to the tacoma forum the gen3 truck guys either love or hate the wildpeaks. All tires are like that. Well, almost everything you buy is like that. Best thing is to do your research. Have a great wholesaler, retailer, or shop you trust when you do purchase something so, if something goes wrong, you have local help. Ski
    • I’ve also heard the Toyo 3’s are better than the 2’s, but I’m done with Toyo.    I’ll have a look at those falken wild peaks.
