      After I read your post I went back and checked my emails including my sled folder and deleted Emails. I didn't receive any emails from the OFSC regarding my permit purchase.

      You should have received an email with the breakdown. Here's mine with just one transaction fee for 2 permits. I don't use the tracking option.     Item Make Model VIN Year Fee Total:         $443.00 Seasonal Arctic Cat       $214.00 Seasonal Arctic Cat       $214.00 Transaction and Administration Fee $15.00 Shipping $0.00

      When I ordered two permits they did that to me too. Had to pay seperate tracking fee no way around it. At least he got permits.
