  1. Good Yami Dealer story .. Bought my Sidewinder from Fenelon Falls Marina. Since than they have done everything "right" in words of customer service. They go beyond the call to ensure everything is set up and good to go. We were just headed up to Cochrane a month ago and i was pre loaded with some other sleds. ( mainly skidoos) Sled was acting weird, so we called and asked if they would have a look at it before making the trek north. Upon arrival, it was off and in the shop. After 10 minutes they found a hole in the intercooler piping. Didnt have one in stock, but had a customer sled who was down for a while. Took it off that one, and got me up and running. Had warranty issues upon return and famous jackshaft bearing issue. Boom. All taken care of under warranty. The ski doo guys i was with couldnt believe the treatment i received, and even said to the owner that they would consider buying a yamaha after seeing the service level i received.

  2. I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE ADMIN OF THIS GROUP!!!🤬🤬🤬 CAN ADMINS OF THIS GROUP DO A BETTER JOB OF MONITORING WHO IS ALLOWED IN HERE PLEASE?! WE HAVE A NEW MEMBER, AN ELDERLY WOMAN. SHE'S BEEN PRIVATELY MESSAGING MEMBERS, SENDING THEM NAKED PICTURES OF HERSELF IN UNCOMPROMISING POSES ALONG WITH CLOSE UPS OF HER UNMENTIONABLES. SHE IS OFFERING AN IPHONE 12 PRO MAX IN EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE SEXUAL FAVORS. I AM ESPECIALLY BOTHERED BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT TO BE AN IPHONE 6 AND OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH IT. IT'S SUPER SLOW AND THE CAPS LOCK IS STUCK ON. THANK YOU! HOPE IT MADE YOU LAUGH HAPPY APRIL FOOLS GUYS AND GIRLS

  4. I'm out of sledding effective today. It's been a great winter, but I'm getting too old for this sport. Slomo is buying my 550 Polaris as a retirement present for his wife. He's overlooking the questionable fuel economy, and wants to get back to a good old two stroke machine. Nunz will be picking up my 1200 Ski-Doo on the weekend. Age has finally caught up with him, I guess. No more two strokes in his future. Sledjunk has finally capitulated and made the move to Cat. He'll be picking up my ZR9000 on his way home from Cochrane. I never thought I'd say it, but I'm sick of sledding, and will probably be going south next winter. Mark this date on your calendar.

  6. Byers in Orillia. Everything went smooth as silk when I bought my sled, when we picked up it was detailed to absolute perfection, felt they really appreciated my business. Fast forward to almost 2 yrs later, a repair under extended warranty did not go well. Repaired in the summer, first time on the trails it was well out of warranty. Under 10 miles from the trailer the engine locked up solid (yes warmed up, yes all fluids full). The service guys looked it over and after a short discussion had a new drop in engine on the way and installed by end of the week. They made 100% good on a repair gone bad and when I picked it up sled was spotlessly clean. Their no hassle honesty is something I will never forget.

  9. Elliot Lake Snowmobiling Some photos from today's snowmobile trip to Elliot Lake. We did our good deed and assisted a Senior's couple who had gotten their Toyota RAV stuck on the Snowmobile trail in Elliot Lake. We also took a run up to Dunlop Lake Lodge for a Burger and said hello to Randy and Trish. The afternoon continued with a trip to the Horne Lake Cliffs, a rip down Esten Lake and the Elliot Lake Falls. Temperature reached +11. Slush was minimal to none. 11. 2022 Xrs 850 with 2900 kms . Last day of riding in Timmins, had already done 600 k the first two days. Twelve of us headed to Iroquois falls. I’m in middle of group, about 45 minutes into ride I begin to smell a faint odour of gas fumes. I check my gas cap and link gas caddie, all good. I think it must be a loose gas cap ahead of me. Within 30 seconds we are at a road crossing and I flag the group to pull over. I tell them I can smell gas and they should check their caddies . After being stopped on trail for 20 seconds or so , smoke starts coming out of my vents, open left panel and see flames about 6 inches high. We scramble and try to put it out with snow to no avail. Within 30 seconds it was fully involved . Really sucks as it was the first brand new sled I have ever bought. Something either came loose or rubbed through.
