    • Is it a single carbide ski?  I have tps skis on my 900 works ok, but it still don't steer like a lighter 2 stroke. Polaris came with snow trackers. Kind of nice actually. It might lighten steering abit by spreading out steering weight.  I think I give them a shot and if you have studs go for 6" snow trackers.  I think you be happy with them compared to a single carbide ski.
    • Planning our Sunday. Does anyone know if there is gas in Kearney or at Sand Lake still?
    • Not to mention, the Soo just reported breaking the "average" amount of snowfall for the entire season, in the last day or so, and we are not out of Jan yet. That and the Soo club reported they are down to 1 groomer for everything due to break downs. The Wawa club was able to check the trail conditions via helicopter from Wilderness Helicopter tours in Wawa. Kirk of the Wawa club said they have 40km to go to get to the old Halfway Haven, and another 35 km to get to Percy creek, where the trails for Chapleau, Soo, and Wawa meet. It will be a bit before this gets fully opened to green status. Then like Ox and I were discussing, with the amount of snow pack, and brutal cold temps, that snow is going to turn into a bottomless sugar snow quicksand for snowmobiles. It is going to be an interesting next few weeks. Ski
    • 3 votes for the skidoo 600R. Great all around trail sled. Wicked fast and light in the twisties.
    • It’s in the new warmup shack. Saw it today
