    • I agree and understand. That said, I personally could easily separate the two and be okay with that. You can support your friends and the club without supporting the rest of it if you're not in line with certain things. Keep your efforts limited to the type of work that helps your friends and the club. Certain tasks/work needed to be done for the "man", excuse yourself from it.   You can still support your friends and the club without supporting the rest of it IMO.
    • deaals on used are so good right now. I wish I needed a new sled
    • Everyone here knows how much you have put in to the sport. But in order to grow it has to change and be treated like the multi million dollar world class system it is and can be.  It cannot exist on the backs of volunteers. Those days are over.  And if we have to pay more to have it that way then so be it.   I dont want to live off the backs of "free" labour
    • Agreed but I believe it is far more than a possibility that remaining trails will see higher traffic. The statistics person should have received a briefing regarding what would happen and non use of the app by many many riders. I have ridden with a group where only one person uses the app. Another group I ride with doesn't use the app because we have ridden the northern trails enough that we know where we are going and what to expect for the mostpart. The remaining trails are going to need a lot more grooming or many riders will not be buying permits for the 2026/2027 season. Interestingly, the parallel trail our club deleted this season was originally put in place to cut down the amount traffic on the main trail. We just could't get ahead of the roughness with the volume on the single trail.
    • Might as well forget my wife ever riding. We are blessed with smooth trails 90% of the time   How many will that kill as sledders.............With the aging demogrsaphic, my guess is a  lot.
