    • Haha, I pulled a trail last week for reductions. Its a loop trail that uses road allowance and 2 private properties. Redundant as it leads to the same place. I left the half loop on all public access forest.   I just found out, logging starts tomorrow, found out Friday. Hopefully its not a long cut.   FML lol..
    • Risk management/liability.  There have been lawsuits against the OFSC/Club because of old signage left on a closed/old/abandoned trail and someone got hurt.   I did suggest we put up "Trail Closed" signs on either end and at access points and leave the signage in place in case we open the trail next year. (I'm the signage guy). It was turned down due to liability. Trust me, I'm not happy about it. Already filled 2 milk crates and still about 2 more to go.
    • I have the Klim heated gloves.  They felt less stiff / less padded to me over the FXR.   Ihave a second set of batteries for them also.      But I did buy a new set of muffs this year also.  I don’t remember feeling the cold years ago!
    • I honestly don't find fxr heated gloves any stiffer than a good leather set. They are well made, work well. I highly recommended them. Costco has some cheaper knock offs, but never tried them.
    • lol, I have a semi tall one already and normally I’m pretty good except my neck tends to feel the old that makes my chest colder.  my nephew spoke so highly of these and the price is really good, unlike gloves, so figured I’d give it a whirl.  I’ve always had interest in the heated gloves topics on here but the one thing that was always stated is how stiff they are compared to non heated gloves, which I know id hate, so I’ve committed more to my muffs with thinner gloves and that system works great.
