Companion for sure. Restaurants and bar onsite and and huge heated and secure shed for the sleds. The have a "Sledder Package" that includes some restaurant credit and the heated sled storage. 

Not exactly, it is at risk of being closed unless you can justify the trails existence. Its not an immediate action. This was discussed at length at our club meeting. In district 5, its not hard for us to go 2 years without sending a groomer down the trail. It also means that a club could send the groomer down it once and keep it active.
