    • That a good spot. Not as practical with big loop broken to east though. Last time the c was closed and I had to go thru Cochrane anyways. I swear I never start in Timmins after that ride back to truck in melted down trails, bare bridges etc. When c open it's a much better drop point.
    • I generally stay at Cedar Meadows if we are staging from Timmins.    Lots of parking and the onsite restaurant is good.
    • Did you stop to check the thickness? Asking for a friend.
    • Did a day trip to Timmins Casey's from Cochrane last year Feb, asked the club the status of the offshoot trail up to S8 and Casey's. Club president went out and confirmed trail cleared of downed trees. We had no issue using it, even our over 70 rider.  Note, unless changed, Casey's is closed on Sundays. Cochrane does have several hotel options, but as stated, Westway is sledders headquarters.
    • Conestoga lake is yellow again  was wishing for more snow today lol  let hope the rain forecast later in the week doesn’t show up
