Big Reg let me know that Algoma Power will have all power shut off in town, on saturday feb 6th from 9:00am to 5:00pm. with no power, there will be NO POWER TO PUMP FUEL AT THE GAS BAR, and limited services in town. call ahead, plan ahead. Also the gas station has a backup generator and is always open during outages. Let me know if you will be coming down Saturday and I can try and meet up. IQ, unless plans have changed, I think you have the wrong day for our trip to Hornepayne for lunch. The earlier posts about specific riding plans for this trip, plus discussions with sledjunk and Nunz (and input from Denis), indicated that our OC group would all be riding to Hornepayne for lunch on Friday, and returning to Hearst that night. The back is 75 to 90 percent, which is basically normal. Lots of times I don't like riding on consecutive days, depending on trail conditions. We are heading up to Cochrane Wednesday, riding to Hearst Thursday, riding with the group Friday down into hornepayne, basing out of Hearst, and we are riding back to Cochrane on Saturday.
