white dragon
thurs ride to kap was delayed due to rain.started out around 11,our 1st stop was green water park of7 clowin around as usual after fuelin up in smoothrock we hit the dam viewing deck one of our trail stops on A trail don't want to say whose sled broke down past kap,but... team yamaha is pretty secretive about repairs notice the 2 name brands in this pic, even together they don't work.but thats another story here fire242 coming over peatmoss area that melted quick stopped at moonbeam clubhouse on return, closed for season gas stations in april are excellent for carbide sales the trails were in decent shape unlike bill & myself that day.we hit the sack early day 2 ultrafrozen was on-route & hi-mileage was there with bells on.sledjunk had to get some parts & make some repairs.once UF arrived team yammi stayed with sj & we split taking 1 of their team with us.we decided to go to quebec,on the longest straightest freakin trail anywhere.. while going 100 along trail,hi-mileage pulls up beside me & waves then carries on.i laffed ( in french ) we fueled up & heade for lunch thought this was a strip joint beauiful church across from restaurant ultrafrozen speaking to ski-doo guys in french after leaving quebec noticed we were missing 2 riders so i stopped to wait,,, & waited then fire242 came back to see whats up & carried on to where guys were held up,seem UF got stuck turning around to find H-M.who stopped for chit-chat,they soon return & we were back on trail togehter again this time H-M pulls beside me at 75 with his camera in hand to take pic of me ( i laff again in french ) just crossed the abitibi river bridge & letting the carbides cool down we were beat again, ate a timmies tired & had replace our carbides before we could go anywhere 3rd day we are heading to canyon today but lost a yammi guy back to their team.lots of sleds heading up.we ran into hi-mileage's buddie phil & wife here & there thru-out our trip bill's ski-doo blows belt...freakin ski-doo team ski-doo works feverishly to solve problem ( i laff in american ) just after this 2 yammi vipers fly but but 1 stops just ahead,we ride up to see what up.chaincase blown.he's out.he buddy come back & goes to turn around...freakin yamaha after helpin him out H-M lends him a tow strap & their off at 50 mph for next 20 kms to canyon.things went well untill gravel roads & dam crossing...this was end result we went up back trail in canyon to have a look, while H-M helped yammi guys the canyon was busy ski-doo explaining how good his sled is on gas we stopped at 1 of the new warm up shacks,it was perfect.bill & i are stayin there from now on again team ski-doo tryin to get it together trails & weather & friends were great combo

Blake G
Awesome report, WD. Your sense of humour adds flavour to the tale. I see you entered an arctic cat repair shop just before taking the picture of the church. I'm sure you gentleman are destined for many more adventures next season. Sledjunk will have to be extra careful.

hi-mileage
That was excellent reporting there Clark Kent!!haha Good point Sled Junk on the Freaking Polaris holding us up. Also no mention of how perfect all the Ski-Doo's were.Only problem was belt change on ski-doo was because of a freaking Polaris rider not being able to harness all awesomeness of BRP!! Now all bow your heads as we all Neal before the all mighty BRP,Amen!,(tabernac) I crack myself up!! But seriously ,what a great group of people we have here, thank u all for making it so easy and fun!! I think I have found some new mid-week riding friends for next yr. Don't know if I can handle Two Freaking Polaris riders in the group!! Later,Bob.(aka HM,aka action photographer at your service)

FIRE242
Great report as usual Glenn. The laughs and fun are always there on every trip we've been on this season. We've found another mid week rider for next season, so now there will be two freakin fuel sipping Ski Doos. Can't wait till next season to ride and maybe meet some more of the great OC people. Techdenis007
That Timmins / Cochrane trail was one of the local Timmins trails that I'd never done when I lived there a few years ago. We didn't adventure too far with a 250 Polaris mind you, but we did every other trail around town with it ! Nice pics UF !
