    • This is very useful info (thank you) that I am sure many did not know so naturally will gravitate toward blaming the corporate side, the OFSC office....which begs the question of what was brought up and why the lack of transparency for people to see who might be seeking this info to help make a decision for the coming year - maybe it was and people not looking in the right spots. If the thought process was to leave this info only at club levels and the mentality of join a club if you want to know was used, this is not helping the cause for all the non club member folks that buy permits/support the system from a financial stand point, that is needed just like the volunteers are. Did perhaps the clubs/districts also request the OFSC not divulge this info and wanted this as well...   The hard reality is the fat needs to be trimmed, no one will like it, but a must have with the environment we live in - the future is a ?? no doubt, but who knows, maybe the stark truth of what's about to come will entice more to step up, be willing to pay more for the system that is left when the dust settles.     Lake Simcoe has been a crap shoot the last many years with the ice conditions, great spot to jump off of to head north though when able too, heading west was dead long time ago with the developments & land issues, heading east I am guessing has been way more misses than hits most years as of late and no doubt lots of trespassing going on.
    • No way there won't be more cuts and more loss coming. There is no new permit revenue to speak of, no other alternate source of revenue coming, ridership #'s will fall this season, the losses will continue and the only answer as we've seen is what we have seen.   It's crashing
    • No increase either.  I never seen that denial coming. With lower dollar equipment costs are sky rocketing too. Also means value of current fleet will be worth more, but parts costs are going thru roof with exchange rate too. Now if a 15 percent trail cut causes 8 percent permit decrease, then it's a rinse and repeat next season hoping for better out come 🤪Then we fall below 20,000 kms real quick. I can see this only taking a few seasons to spiral down to 10,000 kms of trail 😂
    • Man, comments are ugly on the FB update on this clubs page. Not toward the club, but toward the decision makers.    this reduction plan is going to work alright, people are not happy
    • Interesting. Will caa touch commercial use too or no? Td wouldn't touch my atv because they said farming use is commercial 💩. I got fed up with all politics so I put almost everything with my broker . Only thing he doesn't  have is our vehicles and snowmobiles. Last time I asked about sleds he said it won't be cheap and in that case I said don't bother 🤪
