    • All districts have spares, they're just all in use because everything else is over worked and broke lol    Sure if a club doesn't have the means or know how, but if a club does and is able to do it on their own there's really no incentive for them to do it. Not much of savings if more units are being serviced by service techs
    • It’s a shame that groomer fleets are reduced to the point of no spares in districts.   As for big $$$ service techs, in a world where groomers are depended on to be running longer hours and less downtime a service tech with specialty tools can sometimes do a service faster.   A properly equipped Lube truck can apply a vacuum pump to a cold gear box to suck out cold gear oil faster.  Or pump in cold gear oil.     Not saying this is always the case but in some instances it could be helpful.
    • Drove by that motel I am guessing many times heading to and from Grundy lake, not far from the gas station if it is the same place I am thinking of - needs to be torn down, she is in rough shape!
    • Yea we were suppose to get their back-up.           I use to meet Paul Penfold  (Larry's Tavern, may god rest his soul) in the groomer anywhere from Woods Road south, Cramadog trails area to the east (he use to get pissed off when there trails sucked), all the way up well past Britt to tie the 'C' trail together for a trip to French and Pickerel river bridges. That's a relatively large area. Access north of Britt was lost due to deceased property owners of an old Motel where the trails ran behind, club was unable to track down any next of kin, sadly.   Not trying to create a pissing match, just feel so sorry for the Club Executive who have worked so hard.
