    • Completed a trip up there Mond-Wed. On Tuesday we drove through that area. There is about 1-2km section that has been ploughed. There are forestry or mining guys back in there. At the time it was passable but at very slow speeds. Watch for rocks. I gather much of that trail is fairly new'ish'. Havent been through there for 5 yrs or so.   MS
    • Looks the same as Sunday's pics, will update after the warm up and rain forecast for the next 4 days, nights. Back into the teens, 20s (f) for highs, with lows near 0 f, in long term forecast. Snow will settle a bunch but, there is so much here, it is going to take a while for it all to go. Towns will suck to get around in, trails will be like cement in the mornings. It's spring riding time. Ski
    • D trail goes by the driveway (watch out for all the sleds that never slow down at active driveways) . Lots of room for large trailer (20ft, no issue; 30ft - swing through gate off road will make you work for it, but road is pretty wide?). Note that I don't expect it to be available for 2026/2027 snowmobile season, as I believe it is going for sale this year. I'm not sure if it will be available once listed for sale.
    • That sounds like a great spot! 😊 Is the D trail easily accessible right from the driveway, or do you have to ride a short distance to get onto it? And how is the parking space for larger trailers?
    • That is not a typo.   The Rave is noticeably heavier.    You can feel it instantly after swapping with an MXZ.      it’s still a great sled but has its shortcomings.    The PPS skid doesn’t roll as easy as an RM skid as well.    The RAVE 850 maxes out at least 10km/h slower than an MXZ850 on a long stretch.      I loved the seating position on the RAVE.   So much I think I will buy the 27 MXZ seat for my 26 as it looks like it will feel similar to the RAVE.
