I run alone a lot and like to explore different routes. The offline ability eliminates paper maps, and the ability to share where I am is great if I have an emergency. I just cross reference Google maps to find s gas station if need be
Yea the water level is projected to be even higher next spring and most businesses close along there in the winter anyways. There was a plan to build protection by the old council, but the new mayor and company seem to not care about tourism at all so canceled that.
Just another note about validation stickers. If you buy a two year and then change sleds after a season they will make you buy a new sticker so I always buy only a one year.
Royal has something similar for $80. I don't think the design for the track would last long though https://www.royaldistributing.com/maxx-professional-sled-dolly-set-012-954.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIlMbcpqzO5QIVFpSzCh0hPATiEAQYASABEgJfJvD_BwE
Yea Craig I beleive was the owner used to be great, haven't been there in years. He was fair with trade in prices as well. My dad traded in a sled with a blown top end and he actually took the time to tear it down to evaluate and give him an ok value.
Aed training was always given to us at the same time as first aid. You almost don't need it though, it talks you through everything. I wouldn't hesitant to use one without training, especially if your on the phone with a 911 operator.
I think you can do the one day to keep current after taking the 2 day course. Not a bad thing to have, I know I like having the knowledge in my personal life.
