Otherwise, looks good. Top Right, Below the banners, 'View New Content' Since the migration, it will be a little funky at first until it gets to know you. If you go to the main page and scroll to the bottom. there is a link to click called "Mark Board As Read". All new post from this point on will now be darker then read posts. Only after exiting the forum and seeing a black folder do I note that I've missed the beige ones and have to reopen it again. And, as we all know, I'm a lazy b*st*rd. There is control to the point that we can replace the graphics used, or colourize then with custom colours. I can also look for a better skin with High Contrast for Blind Mice. There should be no more then 3 threads that have been 'Pinned' at the top of each sub forum. As in - if you just now saw this thread topped and you opened it - other than reading the last page to see what's new - how can you scroll right to the "new post". On the other software we had a little yeller box light up for NEW POST. I see nothing here. All that crap above is a nightmare during posting right now - but I know that it will come out in the worsh after I hit SEND. I didn't know that there was anything wrong with the old? Change is always intimidating at first. You will find that you can "view new content" for a listing of all new posts since your last visit. There is a small icon beside the title that will take you to the most recent unread posts in a topic. However, since the board has no history of what you have read or not read, you will get all the posts, so it seems like it is not working. I would suggest that you, on the main forum index page, "mark forum read". This will let the board know that you have read everything. So I had'ta come here to find a "how to" thread. BTW - I saw the little icon on the library page to take you to new posts, but it would seem that there would be some means of being able to see the diff once you were inside the thread. I have never seen a forum software that did not show that in the last 10 yrs. So yes - I see this as cheap junk.
