No snowmobiling in Shelburne after 11pm

Apparently the OPP were handing out trespassing tickets yesterday, even though the ITG showed the trails were open.    Town bylaw since 1992, no sledding between 11pm and 7am.    Guess we need another colour on the ITG showing trails that have local restrictions.

That would only apply to city streets not trails though?

Most likely would not mind if they are not hearing modified sleds.  People want to make loud noise to get attention....  they got it.

Most towns have a by law like this.   As mentioned, the bylaws generally exempt people are are going to their residences.

FWIW, all Quebec trails are "closed" from 11pm - 6am province wide.
