skidooboy
2 feet plus here since Thursday afternoon... still snowing, and high winds. Pushed snow over front bumper from dub to hawk yesterday. Less snow in hawk, and wawa than us. We got HAMMERED! Managed to get the barn cams running again. Sorry for the slow update... didn't think anyone looked at this. LoL! skidooboy
Sunny, warm, bluebird day. Snow is settling, and melting again. A little fresh in the forecast but, just enough to keep things white. Ski
Ox
IDK if you ever said or not? Did you have much/any structural damage from it setting for 2 years? .

Did you have much/any structural damage from it setting for 2 years? . none at all. the house is heated to 55, from the time the night time lows are below 32*. the house is kept at a pretty consistent temp year round. house has vinyl siding, decent windows, and new roofs. so, it is pretty weather tight. skidooboy
The writing is on the wall. Forecast has +10-12 daytime highs, with at or above nighttime lows. Luc, and Norm have been grooming, and we are getting fresh on top but, it isnt enough to stop the sun. Usually I dont worry too much about high temps this time of year, due to night temps arresting the melt. But, once the night lows dont slow the melt, it goes pretty fast. Get at it, while (if) you can. Ski

Not sure Probabily similar up there too.
skidooboy
Probably the last great looking pic update. Tomorrow starts the big warm up, and long term forecasts show the big change to spring, summer weather and temp patterns. There will be a drastic change in the pics, in just a few days. Get at it, if, and while you can. Ski

Always chuckle when I see that at a gas station ( happened in Cochrane and Hearst - spring sledding). Nutter has some great pics along a different genre - "here's the view from a sled". 6 months later... "here's the same view from a bike". Great idea. scottyr
It is amazing how fast snow melts once the brown patches start to open up. Considering they were grooming trails there a week ago.

skidooboy
Just a touch of ice left on the river, and a few snow banks. Be up in a few weeks, for walleye opener, moose shed hunting, and exploring in a SXS. Time for lawn work, and boat rigging. Ski
Canuck
Really enjoy watching the seasonal changes, now that I've been to your place. Good luck walleye fishing and antler hunting. I sense you've got a few more ' finds ' in you.
