Sledguy74
The B109 was in nice shape up past Drayton, I didn’t have enough fuel to get to Arthur but that trail was hard packed and smooth!! will be heading that way again soon
Blackstar
I got in a run yesterday. A lot of sleds out for a Wednesday. Fields are best, some bush trails are ok, some are passable. Snow gets better above Conestogo Lake. Brussels area is very good. Gets thin around Teviotdale and down to Arthur. Plowed fields are hit and miss. A lot of the trails I rode hadn't seen a groomer since the new snow. Arthur club had groomed and the trails were getting chewed up by the afternoon. The trails around Bridgeport and Maryhill have opened so I may take a ride from home just to say I did it. Its been a while since the last time. Bit of snow coming Monday maybe. Probably take a decent ride again mid next week. I keep looking at the TWN 14 forecast looking for that +6 and rain that has been the norm for the last 6-8 years.....lol Edited January 28, 2021 by Blackstar

North and west it looks like. Maybe something here for Monday. I'm happy if District 9 can keep making trails for another 3 weeks.

Milverton is decent dropped there today. One more snowfall and it will be excellent. Most area’s are good and with fair sections. Nothing really poor at moment, but with traffic that could change. Base isn’t huge yet. Yes I stayed out of cabin and ate my snack Just in front of it and took my garbage out with me too. How did you find it to follow? Was it visible from the parking lot where to go?

Was it visible from the parking lot where to go? Yes it is pretty clear. You can see orange stakes from across parking lot. People are riding median at back of parking lot too? I guess that is road easement? Parking lot had snow, so I just went across it. Most riders are staying on staked trail. I know how hard your club has worked to keep access to arena. Still a few people cut across stake line when heading out from areana or coming back in from monkton side. Most of trails people on staying on trails though. Didn’t see to much evidence of people trespassing outside of staked trail. Hopefully it stays that way.

Sledguy74
Left this morning and no trucks in the lions park parking lot, back at 11:30am and 15 were lined up lol 2 had unloaded at crossroads, not the best location as the trail no longer goes to the Esso station so they got a bit of road running to get to the trail lions lot is the best location as the trail is right there. visibility was a bit tough in spots but still managed 70 miles this morning

Too bad Conestoga lake is cut off. Did inner loop yesterday but miss going all the way thru. Hopefully next year it is back.
