  1. I would consider it but for the next few years I still really enjoy the 2 stroke sled feel. Obviously there is many reasons to consider a 4 stroke, Time will tell.
  2. Lots of rumours flying around will be interesting to see which if any are true. I have heard lots of chatter about a 4 stroke and couple models the masses are dying to see if they will release one. March 1st wont come soon enough.
  3. March 1st is the Polaris 2022 Release Date.
  4. I’ll keep my eyes open for you as I’m riding tomorrow, let me know what trails you were on.
  5. We are hoping to have the B trail open for the weekend, Happy Wanderer's just needs to stake Wood Lake and Trail 3 opened so you could make a loop to Gravenhurst that way. Hope this helps.
  6. According to the Happy Wanderers FB page they posted that last weekend they were going in there with an arborist to see how much deadfall and work the trail needed in order to open it. We’ve had a lot of inquiries on 41 and 44 out by Fraserburg. We’ve been trying to get 41 going but there’s a deep mud hole created by ATVs (up to your chest deep). Until that freezes we’re at a standstill. On Saturday we have a crew with an arborist going into 44 to check the status of the swamps and clear all kinds of trees that came down in the huge summer storm. Stay tuned and always check the Interactive Trail Guide for trail status. Appreciate your patience. It’s been a challenging year in more ways than one. But let me say this, Happy Wanderers perseveres and we have the best team around!! They’ve been working seven days a week to bring you quality trails. Enjoy each day ... on and off the trails.
  7. We rode those trails on Sunday, 37, was a little rough for a bit, 82 had been groomed but wasn't too bad, needs more snow for sure.
  8. Yes same for us on our trail 4 and 3. Personally I think the funding model needs to change to assist clubs and Districts on those trails that you can’t take an industrial groomer through.
  9. We did the same ride on Friday afternoon and met the OPP in the afternoon, had a nice chat with them, introduced myself and they mentioned they had given out a few tickets for various infractions. Nice to see them on the trails making a presence.
  10. Mission in my opinion is one of the best helmets out there, I’ve tried a pile of different helmets over the past few years trying to find one I really liked and did everything well.
  11. I have worn these for the past 2 seasons and find them very warm and flexible. They also have the heated gloves if you don't mind dealing with batteries. Here is the gloves I wear. https://www.royaldistributing.com/fxr-torque-glove.html
  12. Welcome to the forum, I am just east of you in Gravenhurst, Hopefully we can get the C101D open by next weekend.
  13. I would say Gravenhurst got close to a foot of snow yesterday..
  14. As of today it is only Parry Sound/North Bay Health unit district.

Sizes are very comparable to most other ones, however I wore a 3xl in the Bell Adventure so last year when I ordered my Mission I order a 3xl but when it arrived I found it way to big so went with a 2xl and it fits me perfectly. Hope this helps.

I ride with mine up all the time unless riding behind someone, no issues at all

that is very weird about the electric plug in, are you putting the one with the elbow at the shield? I would take it back to your dealer and see if they can look at it if you are having issues, I put over 4000 miles on mine last year and had no issues at all with it.

Call Rosseau Rd they have the best prices on them, several of our friends have bought from them this year. The rubber shield takes about 2 minutes to re-install best bet is to play with it in the house and see how it attaches. I never take the rubber insert/breath box out on mine.

Lol only two, I sold off all the old ones and kept one of the Bell Helmets for atv riding. I think I’m good for helmets for a couple years now.

I have the electric shield on mine. Last season I used it twice never really needed it and I did over 4000 miles with it. The only reason I’ll plug it in on the really cold days is to keep the neck curtain from freezing up. Rosseau Rd has the best prices on them. I picked up a new one this year and kept last years as a spare.

  23. Well said gents and thank you!! We have a couple of trips booked coming up and as mentioned above Respect is key during this time, very small groups and following protocols.
  24. For those that don't know Blake S has rejoined the Snowcrest team as a director and it has been a pleasure to work with him since the fall, along with the other members of the club.
