  2. Left Senneterre this morning with a couple inches of new snow trails were perfect had lunch at Rapid 7 I think the sugar pie there is even better than moonbeam clubhouse.. Trails from LaForce back to Fugereville are starting to get thin and they are rock hard after the flash freeze last night but still very rideable . If i was coming up i would drive to Amos or Val -dor

  4. I put the 850 seat on. But never tried the soft Mach seat. Was told by many to not even bother. I think I paid 400

  5. Yep. Changing plugs on an 850 ETEC is a PITA, but they very rarely foul and if they do its generally on sleds that are 3+ years old and on the original plugs. My dealer recommends doing them after the 2nd season. The plugs are pretty easy to do if you pull off the secondary clutch so you have more access.

  7. I hope to get back to KL Saturday afternoon. She who must be obayed says I can't go solo next week, so I may not even get away. Won't get a definitive answer from riding buddy until Monday so haven't booked anything yet. PITA!

  10. I do like that seat bag but it doesnt fit on a Lynx. I could get 3 x 1L of oil in it and 3-4 beers.

  12. Im sold on the 31ltr combo bag. It doesnt get in the way at all, keeps weight off the back and I could easily hold a gallon of oil and clothes for a week in it.

  14. Last run for us in QC from clova to senneterre, 275 km. Trail 83 was great most of the way, one small stretch that was thin and some clanging of rocks, closer to senneterre. It was a great trip and odd how running almost the same route a year ago feels so different and not the same….i enjoyed the run into and out of chiboug a lot more this time.

  15. Parked in beautiful downtown Durham around 230pm and took the trail west then turned north over the top of Durham to the railbed, south to the B111 and back to the trailer for 120 km afternoon. Road run sections were mostly solid and there was a bit of snow to run on at the sides which was surprising. Trails on the west side and up to the railbed were groomed last night. So was the railbed but it was getting hard to tell, lots of traffic. Klondyke had groomed their section of the B111 and it was good but no grooming on the Durham side and it was completely bombed out garbage. Only pictures of the good stuff…….lol The bad was bad. Some of the sections should be closed but I’m sure tomorrow will do them all in.
