Has anyone on here ridden some trails in this area over the past few days. Just wondering if the conditions and base have held up and if the area got any new snow?

Thanks.

I usually keep an eye on the ASC webcam, area received a dusting over the last day, prior to that, it has been over a week since anything worth mentioning has fallen.

Calling for a bit of snow Thurs, Fri & Sat (1 to 3cm each day)

Tall Pines facebook page shows some grooming in the last 12 hours too.

On another note, anyone notice the new trail 67 that runs off of the 65 loop?

They put the stakes out on Eagle Lake (north of hali) this week.

What about Redstone and Kennisis?

We had guys at our camp last week.  Rode down thru park to red stone. No stakes and very few tracks on red stone. . Heard kennisis was not staked. As others said, eagle and moose staked and good shape.

Raven is staked and so are Eagle and Moose. Redstone, Kennisis, Hawk are not staked yet. Last couple of days have been very mild so I wouldn't expect much to change by the weekend. We've gotten a couple of inches of snow in the past few days. I would expect Haliburton to Whitney to be good.

We ran Eagle to Whitney today, very good shape,

with a groom, and colder temps, should be in good condition for the weekend

I'm running up to Whitney in the morning. Groomed last night, weather is in our favour for tomorrow night grooming. Moose and Eagle are staked, all other lakes mentioned were checked and not ready when those two were done.

They put stakes on it this week.  We have been riding it for a week. Trail map shows red but it's definitely passable.

Kennisis is NOT STAKED!! I just got a text from the guy who does that for us and there are issues. There is some open water near the dam. I will update in the HCSA section when I know more.

Nunz - did you run the big lake, like from Bear lake to MTH?

We picked up Kawagama at the top of 64 and rode down it back to the 64, no issues
