revrnd
I see that Crappy Tire has moved their gas bar across the street and is now adjacent to the Comfort Inn motel.

Trying to get a Contractor in Huntsville is borderline ridiculous. I think they contracted to a Toronto Company but then they ran into Muskoka time. Not sure though as I never go that way into town as it takes 25 minutes for the stop sign guy for the road crew working on the bridge to figure out which way to point the sign. revrnd
Yes that is a real screw up. I was there in July and nothing seems unchanged.  The reason I pointed out the new lication of the gas bar was in 2014 we did the RAN tour and our 1st night was @ the Comfort Inn. Getting to it from the lake wasnt an issue, getting thru the CTC parking lot wasnt great.  This will be a big improvement.

Most companies will put out a RFQ for building x# of buildings. Contractors will bid and get all of them bo matter where they are. Know of a few contractors that have gone belly up by not doing their homework before they bid. Most RFQ's will be for 2 to 5 designs which does simplify the bidding process. They tried once a few years ago to accomodate sledders but that only lasted one season.

Sledders are allowed they just have to break the law and beat up their sleds to get there. This is amoung the reasons that we are moving our muskoka store to a new location ON TRAIL!

Nope Huntsville wants an upscale microbrewery restaurant destination feel to it. Nothing wrong with a trail to the hotels near Walmart though as they would benefit greatly. soupkids
A lot of people want everything for nothing. Good contractors are hard to find anywhere.
