Was going to go for a ride and it’s raining, don’t care for riding in rain and fog

Just got back from a 70km. ride. Had to clear a bit of moisture off my visor 3 or 4 times but didn't get noticeably wet.

The groomer is finally back running and grooms St.Clements, Wellesley & Elmira trails. It went by my place Friday afternoon and again about 9:30 PM Saturday night. I'm told it ran all through that timeframe +.Thanks to the operators who have our trails looking the best they have in years.

Its usually the third Saturday of the month from 4PM-7PM. I haven't seen official advertisement for this February. They have a big Valentine dinner on Saturday the 8th advertised but nothing about a Feb. wing night. You can watch their Facebook page for more info.

St. Clements S.C. has a wing night again this Friday from 5-8PM at the Greenwood R&G. Unfortunately no trail to the door anymore. They sold 285lb. of wings and sold out of fries last month.

Elmira to Mildmay up  the B109  decent to better than decent . Mildmay back through Conestoga Lake a bit thin in the bush near the lake . Riding west of Stratford tomorrow expecting much the same.

Yeah not allot of snow that way either, some of it was thin last weekend, just north of Stratford.  Best trails were club trails off main route they had good snow coverage.

Ellice swamp was thin last week it probably is most of the time .  The rest was real sweet over to Sebringville . Note Dans Diner closes at 2 pm

I went thru on Saturday down middle was not bad but to the sides you have to be carefully of cut off brush for sure. I avoid power line from new Hamburg to Stratford it was pretty beat for last 10 or so kms back into new Hamburg. I came back near Shakespeare via side trail 👌
