I wear one when out of town on a trip and occasionally on weekend rides around home in muskoka. They are comfy and not restrictive, and give good warmth on those mid january -25c trips. MJ swears by them and always has one on while riding both vintage or modern sleds.

Its a risk I'm willing to accept - is what it is.

I have had thoughts of jumping ship . Being I am not a good swimmer , I will stay on board at least till the ship docks .

The ship jumping reference isn't an insult in any way Nunz, I jumped ship 2 seasons ago because I had enough of the BS all around. Sorry you feel it's an insult. People that know me, know very well the last thing I would ever do is insult volunteers.
