That's the name. The Waterloo Snowplan group of clubs had one of these and a small Bombedier unit to do our trails. I remember the operators complaining about how hot it got in the Gord bell unit due to almost sitting on top of the motor. Otherwise there wasn't many complaints with it. The parts and service for it were close by and good when compared to waiting for Bombedier parts from the shop in Lively back in those days.
I believe there was an accepted proposal put forward to the OFSC to get the online map up by Nov.1. It was done in order to help clubs that had novice trail installation volunteers be able to send those new volunteers to stake with an accurate mapping of where the trail should be. The proposal did not have anything to do with the new trail closures but would likely reflect those closures as well.
