twoscoops
We have stayed at Tata several times and love it everytime. Great food and nice rooms! They have a hot tub and always have cold beer waiting! They have fuel and will take care of whatever you need!

Snowberg
Hey Freddy, here's a thread from the Lodging Forum for you to have a look at. Mixed reviews :viewtopic.php?f=56&t=4297 WOW after reading that link I'll have to really think about it. I'm not sure if I have ever seen this many unfavorable comments on any one place on OC. Really makes you wonder
gwilburn
Has anyone done an overnight stay recently. Your imput would be appriciated. We are thinking of going through that area this winter and are considering them as a stop over. Stayed there last March... it was the coolest place we stayed. Nice, clean rooms... good food and the owners are great people. I'm terrible with names Here's some pics of the lodge... Dinner and breakfast was served Bed&Breakfast style... we were there mid-week and were the only 3 there. Beware... no telephone (landline) and no cell service for 1/2 day in and 1/2 day out. Wolf
So I don't get it! Seems to be significantly opposing experiences with this place. Totally negative to extremely positive. Almost seems like Jekyll and Hyde are running this place?
Faceman
I wish I could shed more light on our visit because it is a beautiful spot.. I don't know...The lodge was very cold both for supper that night and breaky the next. Mood went from very friendly to as cold as the room. I am thinking it was their version of humour but it certainly wasn't very well received. When you see hand written signs on the TV in the lodge that state "Do not touch", you wonder. When you ask for a beer and then get asked if you're going out to tear up the property afterwards, you wonder.. I just don't know??????

Some businesses think of their email/website as a technology just slightly better than smoke signals. Websites w/ outdated email addresses don't help much.
