Once you've tried the finger throttle (Doo ITC or otherwise) you'll realize that you have much more grip on the bar and it's much easier to operate and control with the fingers, than the thumb. Also, it's more difficult to accidentally "bump" or snag the throttle in the forward position, preventing unwanted sled movement. It's happened to me. One of my customers has them on his and his sons' Summits. He says he'll never go back. It has a heater element built-in which is direct plug-and-play into the OEM connector. Sorry for the thread hijack IQ Doo ... More convenient n relaxing to use, no doubt but don't get lulled into a false sense of security. As the miles go by you'll quickly see, far more prone to accidentally pull the throttle when bracing your self over a sudden bump or slip backwards on the seat and instinctively grab the bars. As a kid, always road sleds with throttle flipped as my Dad had a childhood injury which prevented him from using a conventional flipped, as such, have huge miles n years riding with top throttles. I've looked at some aftermarket billet ones (can't remember which ones) as I had been thinking of adding this to my machine as well.

Had to some re-digging, but it was the Munster Finger Throttle that I had been looking at. $185 before taxes though, probably hold off for now. The handle bar pc, is pretty basic. The actual thumb pc, I am wondering if its billet aluminum, or still plastic. Looks to be not aluminum. We could do a little 3D contouring on the mill, and voila...Time for a little Mastercam, Fusion360 CNCing.... Seeing as the pc that mounts to the handle bar is machined from a pc of aluminum, i Doo see how the price is where it is at. There are a few set ups involved with machining that. Then the anodizing of the aluminum etc. I see where the costs are..
MXZSlider
I'm gonna have to do some more digging. Most of what I'm coming up with review/comment wise is from the DB/Boondocker crowds and not a lot of trail rider input. Although... Munster does have a pretty clean Brake Resevoir I'm starting to eye

Although i really enjoyed the last 2 seasons on my '18 and my '19 MXZ X 850s, i have always had something for a boosted 4 stroke. The 850s where freaking awesome sleds. Loads and loads of power, never ever ran out of it, i had ZERO issues, no belt issues etc. I just wanted a change. IMO, the boosted 900 ace has been and is Doos best motor as of now. And the fact that there is Sooo much reliable aftermarket stuff for it, is a draw for me also. I will Doo a few updates as the season progresses as to my thoughts about the sled...
