My brother has one and really likes it but does wish it had the additional headroom my 16x7 Mission has.

Hi .......... thought the same when I bought my previous single trailer but came to find out anything north of 10yrs is running on borrowed time. Bought new axle from a place out by you, bolted right in but did hurt the pocket book. Recently purchased a 16x7 Mission trailer to haul Ross n I around, yup back in the game again.

Byers in Orillia. Everything went smooth as silk when I bought my sled, when we picked up it was detailed to absolute perfection, felt they really appreciated my business. Fast forward to almost 2 yrs later, a repair under extended warranty did not go well. Repaired in the summer, first time on the trails it was well out of warranty. Under 10 miles from the trailer the engine locked up solid (yes warmed up, yes all fluids full). The service guys looked it over and after a short discussion had a new drop in engine on the way and installed by end of the week. They made 100% good on a repair gone bad and when I picked it up sled was spotlessly clean. Their no hassle honesty is something I will never forget.

It was a section of ice in Mexico.

At north of 70mph, did not stop to inspect ice up close.

Good to know. While food n service was terrific, prices seemed a hair on the high side.

Decent ride out of Port Perry club house today. Not sure how they do it, but ports trails heading east were pretty damm good, got a lil rough closer I got to the Ganny with it getting a hair on the sketchy side closer I got to Rice Lake. You can see clubs have made the most outta the limited snow they have, your efforts are very much appreciated. Lunch at Rhinos, Halibut n fries, wow it was good. Thankfully, with only me, myself and I on the ride, no arguments and nothing but great conversation. Add to that, sled ran n performed like it should, great day.

Been on a sled since the early 60s and from my experience with sledders around me, those that have a good head on their shoulders by keeping within the speed required to always stay on their side of the trail, never blow corners and don't pour a handful of beers down their throats at every chance are seldom if ever the ones responsible for a crash. Typically the half in the bag rider is the one you have to wait for at every road crossing all morning but once they've got a belly full of hero juice are the ones out front, same ones that blow a corner and stuff it into the bush. Just as dangerous, the oblivious rider who has zero zero zero comprehension / awareness there are others out on the trail. They are typically doodling along taking in the sights, start from a side trail and ride out in front of you or stop to chat with others just over the crest of a hill. Same rider is always the one to yell n scream your riding too fast when you crested the blind hill n all but clobbered them or almost hit head on when they were not paying attention and going wrong way on a one way trail. It's the same mentality as the idiotic powers to be in Toronto lowering speed limits to "save the pedestrians". Good freakin grief, have the balls to bring in a Zombie law, enforce pedestrian laws n stop them from walking willy nilly off every curb because pedestrians always have the right of way. Gotta be a ton of satisfaction with that as the last through through your mind as the you step off the curb against the walk sign and get run over.

Anyone riding out of the clubhouse n heading East tomorrow? Looking to do a first ride of the season shake down, likely headed out to Rice Lake for bite to eat n back n perhaps tour of the inner Ganny trails on way back.

Couple years back on one way section in the Ganny, over a crest of a hill next thing I see, group parked taking up the entire trail having a chat n snacks. Slide to a stop, greeted by concerned do gooders yelling n screaming I could have killed someone, are you freakin kidding me? Was I riding the posted speed limit, no I was not. Same breath, who could ever imagine you'd come across a group of adults so completely and utterly clueless that they'd stop in a spot like that putting both themselves and me at risk. I'd hazzard to guess even at exactly the speed limit, antics involved to avoid hitting them would have presented as I'd been going too fast.

Too fast = the speed at which you can no longer keep the sled on your side of the trail..............period!!

Head across to Port Perry from the Ganny n make your way up from there.

Brand A, B or C, can happen to anyone of them. Factor in the conditions they are run under, h/p they put out and how abusive many folks are, miracle any of em last at all.
