If they are not showing on the ITG this year it is very likely an MOU issue. There can be other reasons.

Yes, our trail boss is still dealing with the Region on the railbed from west of Guelph to Millbank since last April.  It involves 3 District 5 clubs. The Wellesley club stakes and signs to the railbed at the Millbank end. Gates are all closed and locked on our section of the railbed at present. We may have to look at alternative routes PDQ.

ITG around Owen Sound is starting to get caught up. I met up with groomers from 2 clubs today and for the first time this year I rode on snow vs snirt. I even got to do some ditch bangin going to visit my daughter and grandaughter  Things are looking up
