  1. Well it might be a bit breezy with no roof but it is yellow and if it drives i will go Mr TD I think your 900 TR will go nicely on the back but mine will be enclosed in my trailer pulled behind this rig.
  2. Haha...I have to let him think he has a chance to drive it.
  3. Nice new ride! You will need to change your forum name now. You will not be slow with that ride.
  4. I am so excited for my new sleds next year! Love my old Blizzard, hard to see it go but pumped for my new rides Maybe I will let Mr TD have a ride at some point I am getting two Ski-Doo Renegade 900T R. Add ons to be decided over the summer when I am dreaming of snow.
  5. Definitely sprung on us after we arrived and already spent one night there and on our second night this came up. Others stayed there many times and had no issue leaving their trucks and trailers there. Good idea I might just send an email or place a call to discuss this with someone. The hotel is a nice place and rooms are nice, just sucks when you are worried about where to park. You go away to relax and enjoy not stress.
  6. I have read over all the comments about hotels and parking. Some good points made here. Now let me paint the picture. When we checked in there was no mention of any issues about parking and keeping the truck and trailer there for 1 night when we traveled to Hearst. They did not ask us to pay but we would have if asked. The staff aside from the GM Wendy where good. The GM should not be in that position no customer service skills, messed up room bookings, rude and unprofessional and I can say this as I have worked in this industry in the past. She frazzled her staff and made situations way worse then needed to be. The group we where with all parked tight together considering everyone else. The hotel happily let non paying truckers with big rigs park without staying in the hotel. Further more they do have a section between the hotel and A&W for truck and trailer parking. There was no mention of parking fees until until the GM panicked and by doing this she took away a lot of future business.
  7. That is amazing picture! We saw a pine martine on the hydro line coming into Hearst the other day but that was it. I have never seen a Lynx or Moose yet.
  8. Thanks @Re:Leaf for capturing this. So nice to finally meet you this weekend. It has been a great OC weekend with lots of laughs. Great to meet so many OC members!
  9. I guess Mr @Turbo Doo prayers worked the rest of the day we had great trails and good running.
  10. @Turbo Doo thanking the snow gods for the cold weather and snow.
  11. Safe drive up north. It does not look good in Cochrane. Hope it turns around. We just came up in rain and kept going to Kap.
  12. I was definitely kicking Mr.@Turbo Doo, . He packed the trailer I got the trucked packed and now ready to roll. NCDN here we come. Safe travels for all who are heading north this weekend.
  13. @PISTON LAKE CRUISER Mr TD blood pressure thru the roof. I now have a skylight. Add the warm weather forecast for next week in the NCDN and I need to put him in a straight jacket...lol
  14. I would say the Enduro is a nice package has the heated seat, can add the higher windshield, air ride, and trust me the ice ripper is fine. I have driven with the ice ripper for 4 years all kinds of conditions and love it. Plus then you don't have to worry about the studs coming out and going through the sled and wrecking something. I also add dupont sliders. Got stuck with my 900 Ace once never again. Sliders melted to the track clips ended my weekend away in less then 30km. 900 run a bit warm so these really do help.
  15. Actually I don't own any designer bags. I am a sled girl all the way!
  16. Who are you kidding Mr TD that box might just hold all the stuff you carry...lol But Mr TD you are right when you look good you feel good.
  17. LOL...I wish! One day I may keep up to @Eviland her sister...I will still be eating their snow dust for a bit yet.
  18. Haha...now hold on a moment I take offense being lumped in with old guys. I can still keep up with the "young" guys on my 900 Ace and just wait till next year when I am on my 900 Turbo R the guys are going to eat my snow dust and better yet I don't have to carry oil...more room for my makeup, hair products and cloths...
  19. That is too bad but completely understandable considering the average age of the volunteers in there. It is such a well run clubhouse I will miss stopping in there and I will sure miss the date squares right @Techdenis007
  20. That is a nice sled! The new gauge is pricy. I agree sometimes you have to pick and choose to save where you can to get other things you want.
  21. Congrats on your new 2022 sled. I agree it is weird to buy them now and wait. What did you finally decide to get?
  22. Thanks! Slomo really did give me a tough assignment...haha
