  1. Most trucking companies are already requiring drivers to be vaxxed. My buddy runs a fleet of 150 trucks and he said a lot of factories and depots will not let non-vaccinated drivers on site.
  2. I read somewhere that they need to do a reroute around Mattice due to landowner issues.
  3. I think we are a few weeks away from anything opening south of North Bay. There was grass showing around most of the way to Ottawa on Hwy 7 on Sunday.
  4. My buddies are there right now. They said the A trail was good to very good in the am but went from bad to sh-t after lunch. 100kms of moguls from SRF east to Cochrane.
  5. My buddy is Manager at St Onge and they said one of their customers sold their Mach Z for $28K last week.
  6. The Eagles are brighter. The Beamtechs are quite a bit cheaper though.
  7. I have a set of those Eagle LEDS in my 21 Renegade 850. They seem to work fine. No issues with them.
  8. They have 2-3 dedicated BRP techs. They sell a lot of Seadoo and Can-Ams to keep techs busy all year long.
  9. The guys at Delta in Seaforth are good. I have dealt there lots of times and have zero complaints about them.
  10. Apparently rich guy from St Marys has bought it for his kid to operate. Jim and his wife have had a lot of health issues in the last year so I hope that they have the chance to relax and settle down.
  11. I heard today that B&K Tire and Battery in Brodhagen (Cat Dealer) has been sold as well. I heard this from a pretty reliable person but has not been confirmed by anyone at the dealership.
  12. Luckily, I kept my 21 850XRS so I have something to ride.
  13. I had a 2011 Dakota with a 4.7V8 and I loved that truck. It was the perfect size for my uses. I wish Dodge/Ram would bring it back.
  14. Yeah. I think I am going to bail on it if it isnt here until Feb. I am booked to go down south for 10 days mid Feb unless COVID kills those plans so I basically have March to use it. I will order a 23 and keep my cash in the bank. I really dont care if the 23s go way up in price. I will deal with that problem next year.
  15. I talked to my guy today and he figures that they will get some cancellations in the next week or 2 and maybe I can switch to a different sled with a closer ETA or one that is maybe even in stock. I am losing interest in taking it if it wont be here until the 1st/2nd week of Feb.
  16. Just got this email. Kind of bummed out right now. TO OUR VALUED SNOWCHECK CUSTOMERS. We know everyone is eager to hit the trails this winter on their new Ski-Doo. Our staff knows how much our customers want to be out enjoying their new snow toy, as well as our staff wanting to see the smiles on your faces when they arrive! We can assure you that once your unit is here & ready to go, we have the whole dealership working together to get it ready for you to enjoy. Unfortunately, due to continued delays in component parts, your snowmobile has been delayed and is now expected to ship between late January & February. Our dealership knows this isn’t ideal, & not what we wanted either. Although we want to provide our customers with as much notice as we possibly can as we receive updates from BRP. You do have a few options for you snow check order. You can keep your Snow check order & wait for it to arrive. You can cancel your Snow Check order, & be reimbursed with your deposit. Please contact your sales representative if you do choose to cancel your order. We will continue to provide updates in the coming months as the build schedules and components availability evolves. As soon as your sled arrives your sales representative will contact you immediately to begin arrangements for pick up. Thank you for being patient and understanding the situation that we are currently in right now. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your loyalty & business through these tough times as we go through them together. Sincerely, The St.Onge Recreation Team
  17. By the looks of things up there, I would not be driving 9hrs to ride in marginal conditions. I would rather wait a couple of weeks and hope things improve. We are booked to go somewhere on the 14-16th but I am still waiting for our 2nd sled to arrive so even that looks questionable today.
  18. According to my dealer, skis are on BO until late Jan. He is not sure if he can deliver sleds without skis as BRP will not issue a NVIS until the sled is complete. He is trying to find out if they will make an exception for something like skis. Same dealer is waiting for almost 70 900Rs to arrive. Most of them are late Jan ship dates which means owners wont be getting them until mid Feb.
  19. Sounds like there is another delay coming on Mach Zs. There is going to be a lot of sad faces next week when the buyers start getting the calls from their dealers.
  20. He has a lot of Jan and Feb delivery sleds and in the last 48hrs has had 3 guys bail.
  21. I had a chat with my unnamed dealer buddy tonight and he is quite concerned that with a combination of warm weather, sled/parts delays and now COVID, he is going to have more than a few people bail on their Spring order sleds.
  22. I never really dealt with them even though they are close by, but several of my buddies deal there and have been very happy with the service they received.
  23. Hopefully it isnt missing any parts. My riding buddy is picking up his 900X next week. I am quite interested to try it out.
  24. I asked my dealer buddy and he said that BRP has not cancelled any units on him but they have over 100 sleds sitting waiting for parts that cannot be delivered.
  25. TD will not give $2M liability. I asked as well. The local Desjardins agent is a nice gal. I can call them and speak to someone who I understand.
