found this guy yesterday, looks like a mild winter according to him, Farmers almanac is saying cold and lots of snow again and the weather forecasters don’t know 💩   I personally think it’ll be another good winter, but what do I know? 

Can't say it does, because the first I have heard of it was your post!   I never waste a second worrying about it, I am not in the weather business and can't control it, so it is what it is to me.

I just bought premium gas in Ville-Marie 228.9 and diesel was 259.9 it’s going to be an expensive winter .

Talking to a friend on the weekend and his ODR that he normally builds that the kids enjoy, he mentioned this forecast as well, which I had not heard about until then, but said he will still do the rink and hope for the best. Otherwise, does not concern me - the weather forecast is a crap show.....give it another month and the models will change.....   Any one know if there is a tree hugging/save the earth conference this year that is looking for stronger support perhaps, and what better way to spin the web of a "crappy" winter then spewing this.....  ....  lol
