If you can prove you bought it, you won't get fined. Had that happen to one of the guys in our group last year. Cop just wanted to see the email that he had purchased it.
I did that once bought a two day pass then full permit next weekend. Only issue was ofsc took over 3 weeks to mail it out. In this case if you got stopped would they get to hit you with 90 dollar fine, for failure to display permit. I am going to order one this month and other sled in January. Hopefully we can get out of deficit 👌
Great turnout this year! We were very busy for the first 4-5 hours!
My first show but the experienced ones were impressed with the foot traffic. Had great conversations with many people.
Good to see you Yukon!
Saw some old friends from 30+ years ago! That was cool!!
My observation today was that snowmobilers are a much older crowd than I thought. We had some younger ones later in the morning/afternoon but overall the very large majority of the snowmobilers are a 50+ crowd, probably more like 60+. IMO, we need that to change that if we want the sport to survive. Get the young ones out there if you can!
Paper maps are still popular as we went through 5 boxes.
We had 2 120’s, one was used, one was brand new.
we got to use them and got good return afterwards.
same with his 110 dirtbike, rode it all season and it cost us 300.00
