Positive in areas that have official trails for both modes. I'm not so sure it will be when dealing with farmers who let sleds use their land in the winter but want nothing to do with ATV's especially during cropping seasons. I make a point to never mention ATV's at landowner visits let alone have it in print on the permission document they are being asked to sign.
