02Sled
So far this weekend we passed two but the people were able to walk away. One traveling at a good clip on a bumpy trail. He lost control and the next thing I see is an empty sled bouncing down the trail for about another 70 feet. It finally went left across the trail and coasted to a stop when it buried itself in the unpacked snow at the side. I can can only imagine if he had of been passing a sled going the opposite direction at the time he lost the sled. It could have been a lot worse. Be careful out there. Your family want you home at the end of the day

PISTON LAKE CRUISER
I sure hope he recovers fully. This bad news story is unfortunately a perfect explanation of why trails are still marked Red

Bearman
We live just down the road from where this accident was and are volunteers for the local club. That hole is there at the beginning of every year. The fella who hit it is a well respected local, unfortunate he was still riding on a closed trail. Best wishes to him and his family.
