  1. Depends how long you keep trucks and how many km’s you do too. That is some great fuel economy numbers. I typically keep vehicles 10 plus years now, so resale is still good on half tons since farmers will still buy them off me for dirty work.
  2. Also need the safety sticker on a HD 2500 too, for pulling a trailer.
  3. Time to get a helicopter license and leave sleds and atv in NCDN. I go splits with you Cochrane has a pretty nice airport!
  4. That’s good policy and most stores have someone watching people enter and exit. I always wear my mask and feel safer when everyone else follows or are forced to follow rules too. Right thing to do under these times. Stores were giving out free disposable ones at start of pandemic but now that has changed to enforcement and Bring your own. Some stores are selling masks and they are front of store as you enter. I keep about three in my vehicle so I can always ensure I have a clean one.
  5. Vector seems a tad high for year but not drastically. I have my 2017 grand touring Se with TD still (only vehicle I have there and it is just slightly over 600 a year with monthly install payments, full coverage with 1 million liability and collision and 500 deductibles all around, except theft and fire is 300 I believe. Atv is only 375 a year with farm broker going to ask about sled, when he comes by in a few weeks. Has full coverage too and 2 Million on atv. TD limit is 1 million.
  6. Just checked weather, not looking real promising for early riding at moment Let’s hope that changes next week. Looks like I am heading to beach this weekend in vette for one last run.
  7. Every year is different but usually rail trails are first to open. So you can count on fenlon falls to hailburton as an example for an early ride. That trail is decent with marginal snow and good for a first ride. Kearny area is good for early riding too along with mattawa area to pembroke usually too and Whitney over to pembroke as well. Cheers have to wait for guide to go yellow and see what is available when. Port Perry near you can be decent too in Gan forest especially.
  8. Thanks again so selecting a club is just for kicks now or does club still get 8 bucks a permit or something like that?
  9. Now it would have to tow it. , and Corolla would be a great way to carry extra fuel too, so Yamaha don’t come up 6 miles short of it’s destination. May need a few extra belts though.
  10. Last few years I have just been printing my own from ITG guide. I can print it in colour, so I know what is open and closed. I have it in a clear tank bag, which is handy.
  11. I believe it doesn’t matter which club or district you pick now. All Money goes into one pot and gets redistributed back out during season.
  12. That’s true and if we get snow early a bunch more will jump in and buy at full price. South been a crap shoot for sledding last 4 or so years. Bottom line need snow early snd for trails to setup and open, then more permits move. Always been that way.
  13. Skidoo didn’t make as many units as normal either, because of Covid. My dealer said he was only getting in snow check models and some of what he ordered for stock. Still had 20’s left when I went in last month. He figures be hard to find what you want if buying new now. On a side note all used stuff was gone for first time that I can remember.
  14. I was trying to figure it out with permit numbers. Seems highest I could find was 27000. Don’t know anyone that has a permit number higher then that. I searched quite a few sites and lots of people had pics of permit and numbers too. See what number you get. Should be over 30,000 now!
  15. Ofsc just isn’t open about sharing data. If it is positive and permits selling well they will usually share it to media, like they did very first year early discount permits were started. Last few years sales have been down I was told. Nunzio will have info not sure if he can share knowledge either though. Surprise us Mr Polaris
  16. Yeah going to be down no doubt. All of our American friends aren’t going to be buying early this year. Sad times my friend.
  17. Really. We use to get minus 20 C in November in Kitchener area at times, when I was a kid. We would be out on sleds second or third week of November, playing in fresh snow. Now if we get a dusting and minus temps people think it is going to be a great winter. lucky if sled moves by xmas time now. Wait and see what happens!
  18. That will be close to a new record for you guys too? I wouldn’t be surprised if we smash one too for this Friday and or Saturday here in southern Ontario.
  19. Not only that and population is afraid to go in too. Around kitchener, I bet 50 percent of restaurants will be gone for good, maybe more. One restaurant near university’s that has done a great job. It is a crabby joe and has scan menus at table with your phone. Plexiglass around all tables and tables spaced farther out. They have also reduced the size of meals to keep costs in check. This place is thriving compared to most, but their location is ideal.
  20. Yeah but did you look at weather going forward.
  21. It appears to be good quality for a burger joint. Always busy when I stopped in, in past, which is always a good sign. Never had an issue with food or service there.
