  1. You might want to think about what you post on public forums. If you really are writing toys off this might catch up with you.
  2. You never got into Super 8 off "that loop" and still get into it off L27 like always.
  3. The manuals I have had for 4 different Yammie 4 strokes say first adjustment at 40,000 km.
  4. I think you are mistaken. You were looking at horseshoe pits. The new owner is an electrician and owns a good sized company in Hawkesville.
  5. We just came back from checking our trail system. The low level bridge near the old clubhouse is impassible due to a number of bery large chunks of ice on the bridge. As well we came across trail base washouts one of which was appro24" wide and 18"deep so I don't see our trails being open as the groomer ia apparently not going out.
  6. St. Clements Wing Night tonight. Last one of the season. Being held at the Greenwood Rod & Gun from 5-8PM. Great wings and fries!
  7. The only problem with that is that you are limited to only ride open trails for one club if no connecting clubs are open. Unfortunately there are a some riders who won't respect those connecting club trails being closed.
  8. Do you have a choice of gearing when ordering a new Doo?
  9. I rode with a 900 Ace in front of me for 2 days last week and it hit 152 km. on the lake. It was quite impressive for what I was told is a 95 hp. sled.
  10. What about the flooding? Both Elmira connector trails to our trails are flooded badly at the low level bridges. We have water with thin ice across our trail in one spot I checked this morning. There is crop showing right to the trail in one field I happened to drive by this morning. The trail had a thin ice cover over the base which broke walking on it. It appears to me that trails are going to need to be fully checked over before any consideration is given to opening.
  11. Rode from home at Heidelberg to Blyth and return via different route this morning. More great trail than bad. The bad is at our end. 228 km. and home before 1 for lunch.
  12. What area were they in? With 30,000 km. of trail in the province it can make quite a difference where you are.
  13. We rode out of a cottage on Lake Nosbonsing near Bonfield this week. Between a friend's breakdown and Tuesday rain out it was a short week but we did get 500 km in on Wednesday and Thursday. Not bad for 4 old guys from 68 to 83 years old. Our 35th year riding together.
  14. Nothing in Parkhill. I think Stratroy is your best bet and if you go in on 5-33 there's a motel not too far off the trail .
  15. Glad to hear you are winning Bill! I truly believe that your positive attitude is a benefit in your positive results.
