  1. Some of us like that smell. Welcome to the sport lots of good advice here maybe find a local that can break the trail and check the ice for you. Often a couple of bucks to the right local means a set off eyes that you trust watching your cottage. Floater suits on sale from 229.95 taxes in btw
  2. Anu is a good guy and is trying so hard he has spent more than most folks retirement savings on this restoration of the JR. I believe in his efforts.
  3. The heat being off will be the end of it
  4. Some people prefer to believe what is convenient for them instead of researching the truth.
  5. We tow a lot. Two hummin cummins no issues ever engine wise over a hundred dollars. I get better fuel economy towing a 10000 lb boat than a certain buddy of mines Yota 5.7 . Truck starts everyday no matter how cold it is gets better traction in the slippery crap because of the heavy engine and easily lasts half a million working kms and 20 years. No regrets ever. We also own two Hemis that do not tow as much love these trucks they are very good on gas tow well when needed however they have the ability to beat up your drivers license they are rockets. Too each their own your bucks your say we have it both ways no regrets. As for the def fluid mine are older and do not need it future tier 5 Diesels will not need it either I am told.
  6. Under load it is hard to believe that anything beats the diesel engines
  7. worse yet it will now need to be decommissioned and removed
  8. The problem is bigger than us just watch how little respect there is and how much entitlement

  10. even with yet another set of owners?
  11. Good folks trying very hard it be a long haul for them however I feel that they need some support as well as deserving it
  12. Finally new owners with some pride. This once proud landmark may well have a future again! The new owner Anu has invited the club to base our groomers and fuel tanks there again as well as having given us the full use of the shop for service. Our family went there for dinner tonight and it was quite good the restaurant and bar are both freshly painted and very clean. They are understaffed as they will have to attract a whole new team as the old owner had run it right into the ground. Over all I am impressed and optimistic.
  13. I believe that it is cottages only
  14. Such a shame it used to be such a rocking area I remember Moonwinks ,Ox Narrows lodge and the Hollow valley so well the owners and the staff were all great.

  16. Copied from facebook o our Customers, Neighborhood and Friends With much regret, The Red Door Bakery has CLOSED – September 15 , 2016 Opened Since August 1, 2008 (even years before that from home) To our many regular customers, we are very grateful for the support you gave us in our desire to open a warm neighborhood bakery owned and operated by a family here in Waubamik for the residents of Waubamik ( McDougall Township) and surrounding area. I just wish there had been more of you, but we will always remember your kindness. And for a small minority of people who rooted for our failure before we ever opened our doors, we’ll never forget you either. We have had good and bad reviews, been criticized by people who have never even have been to The Red Door Bakery, was both amusing and demoralizing, not only to us as owners, but to our coworkers who put all of their efforts into giving each guest a great experience. We want to thank the wonderful people we got to know, who worked with us both behind the scenes, in the kitchen and in the front of the store serving you. Owing a bakery is a 24 hours a day experience, and we couldn’t have picked a nicer group of people to spend our time with. Life goes on, we’ll continue to raise our family, and we wish all of you our very best wishes. Our Health is as important as our family, time to get healthy and enjoy our family. Sincerely, Lori Campbell Liz Campbell The Red Door Bakery
