That seems odd, doesn’t it….or perhaps a minor oversight and once realized missing, too late to get a copy or needed an additional insured added, etc… Most insurance companies automatically send the COI annually to their clients upon renewal based on the previous year.  Did the OFSC change insurance companies perhaps for this year or with no past activity for this region, what was needed was not on file.  sucks regardless.

Yes volunteers are covered, when a MOU is acrive.

It is likely the Certificate of Insurance, which is the normal process, with corporations. It will get done, just takes time, with the process.

I’ll have to take a look at the particulars.
