I just looked, not currently listed on Realtor.ca  Was listed in March last year, but no current listing.

Came up in my feed today. December 17/2016 That is a road my son and I were riding.  

It without fail always rains when it warms up.: We can handle a thaw - it's the 50 t0 70mm rain that ruins everything!   Fingers crossed - we're locked in and good to go here.

It is a unique place in that it has lots of cottage roads making for quick set up and the elevation of it makes for some good snow coverage - not all of it, but there is always one section that get more snow and in much better shape, that the other half, not so much.

The early Jan thaw used to be a great thing - it would help settle down all that snow that fell in Dec, create a great base on the trails and help set up the lakes for some safe running! But just one thaw, only for a day and no or very little ran......not asking for too much
